Constructed Nature

Constructed Nature saturates human made sounds into a recognizable natural form to invoke an eerie emotional response inspired by a sense of imbalance. Surround sound speakers are integrated in the center of each flower to create an encompassing auditory interaction, meanwhile the subwoofer vibrates under the central seat to create a complete sensory experience of the forest and human disturbance. Intentionally created with familiar organic form juxtaposed to the bleak steel stem to represent the way humans construct nature around our lives.
